The Athletic Department would like to remind everyone that backpacks are not allowed to be brought into any of our sporting events, inside or outside. If you cannot leave your backpack at home, in your locker or in your car, you will need to leave it with the ladies at the ticket table and pick it up at the end of the game. Also, only students from the two competing teams are allowed into the event and your student ID must be shown at the ticket booth. Middle school students are not allowed in without a parent present for the entire game. There are no exceptions to these rules. During the team competition, the girls placed 5th during qualifying, earning themselves a spot in match play. They advanced through match play to the semi-finals before losing a close match to the eventual tournament champion. They rebounded during the consolation match, closing out the day with another match win and an overall 3rd place finish.
